Guide to Completing Scheduled Trips Using the Mobile App
1. Access Scheduled Trips 0:01
Open the mobile app.
Click on the menu button in the top left corner.
Select 'Scheduled Trips'.
2. Select Trip and Navigate to First Location 0:13
Click on the trip of interest.
Navigate to the first location (e.g., auto dealership).
Click the arrow icon to choose navigation options (Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze).
3. Open the Machine and Perform Immanuel Dex 0:30
Once at the location, open the machine.
Perform Immanuel Dex after opening the machine.
4. Empty Money from the Machine 0:48
Click on 'General Info'.
Empty the money from the coin box and bill stacker.
Place all money into a money bag and note the money bag number.
5. Document Refills and Refunds 1:12
If you refill the machine with money in the recycler or coin tubes, document it.
Track all refunds and discrepancies.
6. Restock the Machine 1:25
Hit the back button and press the 'Inventory' button.
Review how much of each product is supposed to go in each slot.
7. Adjust Inventory as Needed 1:40
Click on the grid to see a virtual representation of the machine's inventory.
If adjustments are needed, click into the selection to manually adjust:
Change product name or type by clicking the pencil icon.
Adjust quantities as necessary.
8. Finalize Inventory Changes 2:10
After making adjustments, press the check mark.
Review any variances and confirm by hitting the check mark again.
9. Take a Photo of the Machine (Optional) 2:54
If desired, take a photo of the machine by clicking the camera icon.
10. Synchronize and Complete First Stop 3:01
Click 'Done' to synchronize with the system.
11. Repeat Process for Second Stop 3:30
Click into the second stop.
Document money bag number and any coins refilled.
Go to inventory and review.
12. Finalize Second Stop and Complete Trip 3:58
Hit the check mark if everything is correct.
Take a photo if desired and click 'Done'.
Once synchronized, click 'Complete' in the top right corner to finish the trip.
