Sprint 10 Release Notes

1. View Trip Progress Enhancements
Driver Information: Displays driver’s name and trip starting location.
Auto Refresh: Page refreshes every 60 seconds.
Return Time Tracking: Shows estimated return time to warehouse.
Completion Time Tracking: Displays actual completion time for finished trips.
Map Marker Indicators:
Gray → Not started
Blue → In progress
Green → Completed
Conditional Visibility: The View Progress option is only visible when the trip status is past Pick.
2. Side Navigation Bar Redesign
Cleaner, more refined layout.
No scrolling required on most monitors.
Profile and Settings relocated to the bottom for easier access.
3. Completed Trips Visibility
Completed trips remain visible on the Completed Trips page for 7 days from their planned date.
Allows users to review recently completed trips.
4. DEX Message Handling Fix
Issue: Truncated/malformed DEX messages (common with XY machines) caused lifetime sales resets.
Resolution:
Incomplete/malformed DEX messages are now ignored.
Prevents accidental data loss and sales resets.
5. Driver View for Future Planned Trips
Drivers can preview future scheduled trips (e.g., next day or before pick completion).
Enables early visibility of upcoming locations.
6. Improved Trip Planning Tooltip
When adding a machine already scheduled, tooltip now specifies:
Driver assigned
Day scheduled
Example: “This machine is already scheduled for Jason today.”
7. Same-Day Picking Logic (Major Change)
Supports scheduling multiple visits to the same machine within a day.
System now accounts for:
Current inventory
Pending restocks from in-flight visits
Sales since initial pick
Forecasted sales
Enhancements include:
More accurate pick lists
Avoids over-picking
Additional pick screen details (pending restock, forecasted sales)
8. Touch-Up Picking (Major Change)
Dynamic Adjustments: Pick lists can be updated after initial pick.
Key Features:
Displays only items requiring action (e.g., sold-out products).
Pull-to-refresh retrieves latest sales/stock data.
Suggested quantities provided for adjustments.
User can override, with system retaining suggested quantities.
Show All filter available to view full pick list.
9. Reopening Completed Picks
Completed pick lists can now be reopened.
Reopened picks are removed from Planned Trip status for further modifications.
10. Application Update Process
Web & Backend: Updates applied instantly.
Mobile Apps:
Update availability depends on device OS (Apple/Android) and auto-update settings.
Users are encouraged to download new versions.
Future Consideration: Mandatory updates for critical releases.
11. Additional Fixes and Future Plans
Bug Fixes:
VOC 148: Clicking in Desired Price field no longer causes errors.
Machines added outside a route no longer disappear when editing trips.
Planned Enhancements:
Tenant list filter/search box.
Rerouting unfinished machines:
Ability to move incomplete locations between trips.
Clarification of Route vs. Trip terminology.
