We’re excited to announce the release of Version 1.8.14, featuring major system integrations, new import utilities, reporting enhancements, and UI/UX improvements across the platform.


Platform Integrations & Backend Upgrades

Plaid Payment Processing Upgrade

  • Payment processing has migrated from Stripe to Plaid for improved reliability and security.

FAS Machine Integration

  • “Dexing” has been enabled for FAS machines, laying the groundwork for future real-time integrations.


New Utility Features

Customer & Location Import Tool

  • A redesigned import tool on the Locations page supports Excel and CSV uploads.

  • Users can map columns for:

    • Customers

    • Locations

    • Optional machine data

  • The process updates existing records to prevent duplication and creates new entries as needed.

Product Import Tool

  • New import function on the Products page with SKU-based mapping.

  • If SKU is missing, product name is used automatically.

  • Supports optional attributes such as:

    • Tax class

    • Case quantity

    • Warehouse assignments
