Guide to Pre-Kitting Machines in Classic Mode
Step 1: Access the Menu 0:01
Click on the menu button located at the top left of the screen.
Navigate to 'pic lists'.
Step 2: Select the Trip of Interest 0:11
Open the trip that you are interested in.
Step 3: Enable Classic Mode 0:22
Click on the three dots in the trip view.
Select 'classic mode' from the options.
Step 4: Understand the Classic Mode Interface 0:35
The screen will change to show selections within your machine.
Note that this process is manual; you will need to check off every selection, even if there are no products to pick.
Step 5: Choose Your Picking Order 0:43
You can choose to start picking from the bottom to the top or from the top to the bottom.
Step 6: Alternative Picking by Product View 0:51
Consider switching to 'product view' if you have multiple lanes of the same product.
This allows you to pick by product instead of by machine.
Step 7: Complete the Pre-Kitting Process 0:58
After checking all the boxes on your screen, manually complete the pre-kitting for each machine.
