Adding a Product to Your Vending Ops Account

  1. To begin, select Products from the left navigation bar, and then click on New Product located in the top right corner of your screen.


  1. Start typing the name of the product you wish to add. Once you find the desired product, select it.


  1. At this stage, you can set various details for the product, including its category, supplier, internal SKU number, brand name, variant, size, and barcode.


  1. If you choose to add a barcode, ensure that you include all the numbers present on the barcode.


  1. Next, set a default price for the product, followed by entering your cost for the product. Be sure to set the cost at the unit level that you sell this product for.


  1. If you have tax classes set up, you can assign a tax class as applicable.


  1. Once you have completed all of the above steps, click on Save.


By following these steps, you will successfully add a product to your Vending Ops account.
