All of these steps below must be completed on a desktop/laptop computer.
Put in a support ticket into the Crane support desk, requesting that they start sending dex data to VendingOps via VDI (vending data interchange)
Send them the information below with your customer id.
Once this is setup, you should start seeing your machines auto create into vending ops as the dex data is received.
Your customer ID can be found by clicking on the settings icon next to your name in the top left corner of the web app. The "Operator ID" that appears is your customer ID field that you provide to Crane in your support ticket.

Include VendingOps Operator ID
Option 1: In the body of the message set CustomerId = VendingOps Operator ID. (Endeavor method)
Option 2: Set username =Operator ID and password to "vendingops" (Crane method)
