Video Tutorial:
Prerequisites
- Access to VendXOne
- Your Operator ID
- SeedLive login credentials
Steps
1. Log in to VendXOne→ Settings → Copy your Operator ID.
2. Open SeedLive → Reports → Report Register → Add Transport.
3. Create Transport:
- Name: `VendXOne`
- Type: `Multipart HTTP Post`
- Navigate to the settings page in your VendXOne account, highlight and copy the "Cantaloupe Transport URL" and paste in the "URL" field in SeedLive.
- Accept Header: 'application/json'
- Test → Add Transport.
4. Add Reports:
- DEX File → Transport = VendXOne → Save.
- Create another: Single Transaction Data Export → Hourly → VendXOne → Save.
5. Configure Devices:
- General → Devices → Device Settings → DEX Settings → Interval = Every 6 Hours → Save.
## Tips
- Hourly exports recommended.
## Troubleshooting
- Transport fails: Check URL and ID.
- No 200 OK: Internet or credentials issue.
